BO2 plutonium not working

I am having a problem where every time I try to launch BO2 lan mode, multiplayer, or zombies, it just freezes for about 5 seconds and after that, the launcher just crashes and does nothing after that. Please help.
It stays stuck in this screen for 5 secs btw.

Which antivirus are you using?

I Have the same problem.
I disabled the antivirus, I also install a link for the DIRECT X, but the rine does not work. The luncher remains frozen for 5 seconds and crash.

Cyrano But which AV though? Some AVs don't disable themselves completely even after disabling them manually. So if you're using some trash AV like McAfee, Avast, etc I'd suggest uninstalling them.
