Join session but nothing append

hey , i want play with my friends but when i try to play with him by joining his private session or tiping his ip it don't work , that write : joining game session but nothing append . Thx to help me .
Ps : we are both enable on network

i have the same problem but last week didtn happened and it satarted happening today and he cant join me but i can join him
