wondering how to completely wipe my account data.
Specifically how to make it so i earn camos instead of having them all unlocked already after i reset my rank

You should be able to use the
resetstatscommand in your console. If that does not work, you can go to %LocalAppData%\Plutonium\storage\demonware, and select the folder not called 18397, as that one is for T6. Deleting that will reset your stats back to default.
