i have been playing mw3 on iw5 recently and have been recieving lots of stutter. i've been looking for a way to solve this but no luck.

You could try disabling full screen optimizations for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe in the compatibility tab, located in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin.
