I tied playing but it didn't work. I tried zombies and it worked. They told me that you need the full game to play mp. ;(

Might wanna try a re-download, sounds like some files may be missing or incomplete.

Does it happen of every server or selected servers? Tried reconnecting the server again after that error appears? Also try joining the server you have lowest ping on. Doesn't matter if its empty, let me know if you can join it.

Also as luigi said above, might be caused by a corrupted basegame as well. Try force rechecking it if you got it from the torrent or if its a steam download, download this torrent (qbittorrent recommended) and point the download to your BO2 folder and deselect create subfolder, and let it finish. Should verify your installation.

Boterhammekes hold on thats cap if you load up the game let it load when it says loading playlists when the servers load up click on one with the most players and keep in mind once you join that server if you leave that server it aint gonna let you join another until u restart the game wait for the playlist to load as i stated

mrslowshin no i have found a better way when u launch the game then let the playlist download and the you can press f10 every time, u dont need to restart the game. if u launch the public matches u will have to restart

the fix is to join servers while sitting at the main menu (the menu that first comes up when starting the game).
