I can see AVG running in the background, that shitty antivirus is probably causing that. Try uninstalling that, restart your PC, and follow this video since you'll have defender now. Then run the launcher as admin again.

HannesC Another problem when i launch the game the screen is black, i cant see my cursor, all i can hear is the music, where did you put the cfg cuz im gonna change the resolution cuz it might the problem

Alt Tab and select the bootstrapper window, the black cmd window and type r_mode 1920x1080 and vid_restart into it. Change the 1920x1080 to whatever resolution you want.
