Custom games problems

I followed the guide to port forward to host custom games and it worked, once, after that my friends can't connect to my games anymore for some reason and they didnt do the port forward at any point but i can still connect to their games with the connect command with their code, why is it not working for me?

Kazutho maybe your pc's lan ip changed so the port forwarding rule you made no longer works? If you have upnp enabled you shouldn't have to port forward anymore tho (check the network tab on the serverlist, next to the friendlist).

it does say enable and i thought so too as they did not port forward but now that i tried without doing that using the f10's network and trying that code it doesnt work for me

Kazutho your friends have to use the ip you see here https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and you have to start the match before they're able to connect.

yes, thats the same ip, but it does not work for some reason, i have tried both that ip continued by :port and without the port, neither work for me.
They told me it says "loading game session" and nothing else happens, they dont change screens nor an error occur, so i don't know what went wrong after the first game

Check the value of net_port in the console, make sure your friends use that value for the port when connecting to you.

I have the same problem, my port is open, my UPnp is enabled, but mas friends cannot enter in my game, using the correct ip adress
The only thing that show is "joining game" and nothing happens

Make sure you've already started the game. Your friend cannot join you on the party screen.

Emosewaj yes, i started the match and the same thing happens, just shows "joining game" and nothing more
