Ok lets start off with saying Torrent is a BAD Move A.Its Practically illegal to even Download things on it Cause People will get DMCA Warnings I got T6 off of it and i got a warning and you keep downloading stuff from it Your Internet Provider Will Not Provide You Internet so you can Play a Torrent Game or watch a Torrent Downloaded Movie BTW the Warnings will block your Internet for your devices if you dont quarantine the Warning B. You Should have just Stuck with piry it was a WHOLE lot easier and it takes a WHOLE lot quicker then a F-ing Torrent Download Trust me i downloaded BO2 with it and it took 9 Hours When i installed it with Piry it took me a WHOPPING HOUR all i needed to do was deal with the dll files that were missing and it would have taken at least 10 minutes maybe less. | Thats why this would be Plutonium's Downfall

There's a good reason why piry is obsolete. It's kinda related to copyright and stuff, therefore in order to get the game you just use the torrent. I personally don't mind but if you get some warning like you got, then don't do it. Torrenting the game that pluto provides is the same as using piry. If you want to get the game without those warnings, I suggest purchasing the game. -

VergifyZ Few simple thing can explain all. The first is that piry was linked to a server, which allowed people to download terabites and terabites of files; so, at some point, they wanted money (and they are right, after maybe hundred of tb) and since plutonium is a no profit project, why devs must pay for something that will not refound them? So torrent was the only client that allows a really big amount of data being downloaded free. If you're accusing plutonium staff to make wrong choice, remember that they grew up a 150+k community from a dead game, and they're letting you play it free,

Yea and piry is totally legal right? Exactly the same thing just a different method of transfering files. If you're concerned about legality you should just buy the game on steam.

That's too bad. Only a few ISPs (mainly in the US) do this tho. Only real downside to it. Should use a vpn at all times anyways when torrenting.

That's an issue on your side, i see most people downloading the torrent with fast speeds. Also like Maverick_ said, it's impossible for us to afford a cdn that can serve 100+ TB a month of game files, piry only worked via a trick that is no longer possible now. Here are some stats from a seedbox seeding the torrent:

As you can see in the screenshot above it's anything but a that, 1000-2000 seeders on the torrent and a steadily increasing number of players. It indicates alot but not a "downfall".
