Monitoring ping and FPS during match

Hello guys I'm wondering if there is a way to keep an eye on the ping and FPS value during a match. Is it possible to keep it on screen?

Ping idk, but for fps open console and type "cg_drawFps 1".

Bender there is no dvar to display ping on your hud.
