Can you try disabling fullscreen optimizations in the compatibility tab, for plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe located in %localappdata%/Plutonium/bin and see if that makes a difference?

Darloor maybe your ram fills up? 6GB is not a lot these days, especially when using win10.
