Connecting to online error

hello thank you so much for looking at this topic, I have an error in plutonium, it keeps connecting forever, I can't play custom games anymore, but I can still play on servers, I lost my rank

to explain how it happened i will explain something before.

in zombies mode there is a feature called perma perks,
it takes time to make a lot of perma perks and it's very easy to lose them

I found a place where the statistics are saved (Plutonium/storage/demonware/18397/user)

so i ended up saving my files with many perma perks and saved it in another folder on my computer, when i lost part of the perma perks i would throw the files i had before in this place and replace.

everything was fine

I stopped playing for a few days and I came back and started playing a custom game, I finished a custom game, then I left the game to replace the files and started the game and this problem happened

I mean before nothing happened

I don't know why this happened, but I already tried to uninstall plutonium, reinstall plutonium, I deleted the entire plutonium folder, I tried the resetstats command but it doesn't return to normal, multiplayer happens the same thing

I can still play public, but when I finish a game it goes to the online session and is at 5 fps and then it is black screen and the game crashes
