Zombies crashes when starting up game

Everytime i start up zombies the game launches just fine and I can see the main menu pop up. But after one second the game just freezes and closes itself, no errorcode whatsoever.
Multiplayer on the other hand works just fine. -
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

solved by reinstalling everything inkl. steam version of bo2 two times
