I can't download any file of the game

That's the error that shows to me. The final line is blinking the whole time, it's even hard to print it.
I already: turned off Windows Defender (which is the only antivirus present in my computer), reset the download (after deleting a bunch of archives generated), in administrator mode, in different discs and reboot the computer.
