Can't download the .torrent file

for some reason i can't connect to : https://dss0.cc/alterwarez/download/pluto_t6_full_game.torrent

and when i'm able to open the page it doesn't download the file properly

MegaVHS can you elaborate? What does "Not properly" mean?
