Every time I launch up BO2 It shows "A critical Exception occured!"

As stated in the title the command prompt keeps showing that message, I have gone to the discord for help, and I got no answers. I do no have any overlays like MSI Afterburner since I run on an ordinary laptop. my friends didn't have this issue and we all did the same exact things.
I would just like to play with my friends.
