Why can't I get money from any of the zombie banks?

Why can't I get money from any of the zombie banks? for example I see a youtuber and if he can get the money from the zombie banks (that only in original bo2)

Fabiolicitra_ The bank and weapon locker are broken on Plutonium Servers because there's no way for the values to save by default.
Although some server owners have figured out workarounds for these to fix functionality.Fixes by Fed and DoktorSAS/Sorex:
[Release] Gun Locker Fix
[Release] Bank FixI personally don't play, so I can't say how many servers are implementing these fixes onto their servers.
