Can you level up with bots on Pluto like Redacted?

Can you level up and unlock all your attachments/camos like in redacted if not is there a mod for it?

I used that and I was prestige master for ages but now I just wanna level up, I prestiged my balista and it leveled up, how can I reset my stats because there is no prestige shop for some reason

your level, weapon level, you can unlock attachments and camos too
