Regarding first error, make sure you've selected the correct game folder in game settings of the launcher. If you're sure you've selected the correct one, try installing all the redists inside the redist folder (the invalid game files error can be a bit misleading and can also be caused by missing redists). Regarding the second error, try changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or use a VPN.
