Crash during a game in tranzit

How can I fix this error that does not allow me to play games in tranzit without a screen freezing?

you can't, this crash ocurres because the game is trying to load another part of the map and shit happens, It was optimised for old gen consoles, ps3 and xbox, I don't know why it happens though
