Where to find BO2 Config_mp.cfg for controls.

I am a regular cod4 player and there used to be config_mp.cfg for all controls there in localappdata but for bo2 i haven't been able to find any such cfg. I wanna bind various keys by /bind command tweak settings and set my raw sensitivity (not multiples of 5) please help. New to it.

J3rRyReD I found the bindings and stuff in my players folder which is just simply in my game files. It might be different for the torrent.

So is it editable???
Can we apply filmtweaks to it like those of cod4
