Borra el launcher de tu carpeta el "plutonium.exe" y el que dice new, borra ambos, y luego instala el laucher del link, luego busca en la carpeta redist, e instala el vcredist_x86, luego en la carpeta directx busca el dxsetup y lo instalas. Con eso deberia arreglarse
