Zombies and Bo2 instantly black screens and closes.

every time i startup using plutonium bo2 zombies or bo2 it stays in a black screen for 2 seconds then it just closes itself.

Fry Didn't work. Still had a black screen and just closed.
I decided to check the crash dumps and got this:

Exception Address: 0x2094182E
What does it mean? -
