Plutonium launcher does not work

When I try to launch the game it just does not start.

I updated all my drivers (Windows and graphics card), also I downloaded the bat file that downloads and install redists and DirectX 9.0.

Are you running any overlays? Discord, MSI Afterburner etc If so - disable them all and see if it works, if it does, add them back one by one until it fails again. It's probably MSI Afterburner though.
