bo2 wont open

when i open bo2 through the launcher, the screen goes black and the resolution changes. i can't get it to launch the game at the proper resolution because it crashes.

make sure you dont have many app running on your cpu. had the same problem

Alt tab to the bootstrapper (black cmd window) and type r_mode 1920x1080 and vid_restart in it. Change 1920x1080 with whatever resolution you want.
