Stuck in loading screen

Every time I try and launch into a server from the browser on BO2 Plutonium, I just get stuck in a loading screen with nothing happening

Have you tried staying there for a couple of seconds/minutes and see if any error pops up or does it stay at the loading screen infinitely? Also do you get checkerboards on the loading screen?
