Have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? If yes, quit or disable them. If no, we need more info as to when that happened and on which mode - MP or ZM and during startup or is it an ingame crash? Upload the dump from %localappdata%\Plutonium\crashdumps\ as well.
