Dunno about the other errors but the first error - try running Pluto as admin and make sure you don't have the torrent seeding in the background (if you are, delete it). What antivirus do you use? It might be blocking access to Pluto, try adding %localappdata%/Plutonium and plutonium.exe to exclusions.
