When I tried launching mw3 plutonium I get an error saying Couldnt load image 'default'

Seems you might have corrupted your iwds off your MW3 game folder. I suggest reinstalling MW3.

Tried reinstalling still doesn't work

MayTryx Psy0p5 Verifying integrity of files through Steam should work, unless you're downloading the game from somewhere else.
