i told you you have to extract the folder... you're still running it from within the compressed folder. You take the directx folder and drag it onto your desktop then run the setup from there.

AnTVortex never download any individual dlls, if you are missing dlls that either means your files are incomplete or you're missing a runtime.
Delete any dlls you downloaded then proceed like this:- open the start menu and search for "cmd"
- run cmd as admin
- execute the following command
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth- after dism has finished repairing your system restart your pc
After that download this tool: https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/ and use it to install all runtimes.

Can be caused with broken repacks as well. Just for clarification, you did download the game from the torrent we provide right and not from skidrow/nosteam? And yes if you still can't solve it, clean windows reinstall might fix it.

@econs Try this - https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/ , should install all the runtimes for you and if you still get that error, no clue mate. Sorry.
