Don't have all the dlc but kinda want to play all the dlc maps on zombies

I have BO2 on steam but I don't really want to buy all of the dlc (The only one I have is dlc 2). Do I have to use a pirated copy that's already on the 'how to install post' or is there a way to circumvent it?

LeMASHUP we only offer the english version of the game and dlcs.

It is not probably a good idea to play Steam multiplayer if I have done this, is it? It worked perfectly for Pluto but what if I get VAC'd for having the files without owning the DLC?

Thats not an issue, after all Steam automatically downloads all DLCs if a friend of yours who owns them would log in to your PC.
