El Saco Wea a torrent for the game yes. You need a torrent client like qbittorrent to download it.

El Saco Wea it is the game including the pluto launcher. After downloading it you simply launch plutonium.exe and select that folder (prolly called pluto_t6_full_game if you didn't rename it) as your game folder.
