Did you read the message? And can you maybe explain when this is happening? Can you explain the steps to reproduce? It's very irritating to see an unhelpful post like this on the forum and expecting us to be able to help you with 0 contexts.
The message tells you to also include the file mentioned in the error message so we can take a look at the memory dump.

sorry for extremely late response but this issue occurs when i try to launch plutonium launcher, what happens is i launch it and the cmd prompt loads and plutonium launcher stops responding.

There is no piry.exe anymore and nothing you said was relevant to what Rektinator wants you to do. Upload the crash dump.
