Can't Play Custom Games With friends

I want to host custom games with my friends but the network tab says upnp is disabled, so i made the network private from windows settings and even enable upnp from my router settings,and it still says upnp is disabled, so my option was to port forward but i couldnt even do that because the port displayed in the network tab is 0. any help?

Zyad the port you have to forward is 4976, this is also mentioned in the private match guide.
