Discord bot support for executing commands

Hello I am admin for S&M servers. Recently i saw fed server admin Lina using commands from discord like this:
So I was wondering is the plugin publicly available? so that i can tell our owner to install it. It would be a lot help

Slxxpy I think its node js admin, but i am using iw4m admin which helps me with iw4x too.
So cant use it....
