Take a look at [Tutorial] Making Custom Calling Cards its really the same. Except that you will have to use a different keyword to search for them.

For the HUD one (what you see by your name (64x64)
What you see when you view your stats (the bigger one, 256x256)

@DreamsLost If by "those" you mean custom textures, no. you need the custom textures installed to see them.
