Plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed

This is the error I keep getting after opening the game.
Sometimes I will get this error for binkw32.dll

Can you screenshot your MW3 folder please?

after launching the game it will delete blinkw32.dll

RektInator Any idea? Should the .DSL file be in the main folder? Any reason blindw32.dll is being deleted do you think?
