Apoc The developers are probably more focused on getting any dedicated server bugs/glitches fixed. My recommendation would be to play survival through Steam MW3.

It's currently not planned, MP is the focus for IW5. That may change in the future though. Its a fair bit of work to get working though.

I really liked survival mode, I and several friends who play for plutonium are waiting for survival mode

dude, if we can get survival mods that would be the sickest thing ever lol
plus all of the QoL plutonium gives in general
