MermhoudFromage- Try changing your dns servers to 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10).
Also which antivirus software do you use? -
I use windows defender.
I'm going to change my DNS server. I post an other comment after.
