My friend was banned for 734 days and he doesn't know why

my friend was banned and does not know why since it is his first time playing and the account was created yesterday and he did not play anything literally and he tried to enter today to play and he crashed and put the folder in pluto_t6_fullgame and closed the launcher.
After that he got in and they banned him for 734 days and he didn't even get involved because of what he told me
Kreytz why isn't your friend posting here? What's the name of his account?

Could you got a bit more into detail?
Is it one handed out by schools or simply the only ones to get in your country atm.
Maybe also a local news source that shows that? -
