Good morning, I would like to ask if I edit a specific entry in this "plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe"file that would lead me to a ban.
All that I want is changing the names that appear in those memory directions

@Lamb0fGod no it means that the launcher will re-download that file as the hash changed. Why would you wanna change that anyways?

I have recently discovered that steam displays those names, and I would like to change them to something else. But I am not going to do if that could mean a perm ban. -
