iw5 not launching

im on a windows 7 gaming laptop, i recently downloaded plutonium and iw5, but everytime i wanna launch the game, it just gives me the error message "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)". Even though i've googled about this problem and did what the videos told me to, the launcher still gives me the same error.

Anything older than Windows 10 is not supported.

Xerxes if win7 was supported, alot more players would have been, plus it doesnt make sense that a game this old doesnt launch on this OS

Nope, people not able to run windows 10 can't run the game either.
Windows 10 has many improvements under the hood and performs more efficient than older OSes, many of which are actively used in our mods to get more FPS with the same HW as well.
