as far as I know, the download of the DLÇs of the IW5 Plutonium is only available on the MEGA Downloader, but not everyone can download through this hosting, would it be possible to put it on other services like MediaFire, Google Drive and others?

SrPivete13 what? If you click on the link it should download a "iw5m_dlcs.torrent" file, you open that in your torrent client (qbittorrent recommended).
