Tried everything that came to mind, multiple accounts, firewalls, reinstall windows, multiple directory's, redownloaded mw3 ,

-Clean install of Windows
-AU Internet
-Downloads did timeout, -timeout param resolved that issueNeeds dev analysis.

RektInator yes on the clock on windows it is, but in discord and maybe some other apps it says 2am when its 5pm

Jesus Then this is definitely the problem. Try to take a look at your time settings in windows. Make sure your timezone is set correctly and that your time is synchronized.
