Bootstrapper isn't responding when loading into a server.

So recently I've been having an issue where my game freezes at a certain point during the loading process. When I looked at Task Manager, the Plutonium Bootstrapper wasn't responding at all. I don't know what's going on, my computer can handle BO2 and Plutonium because it has before. But now I'm unable to play the game since it freezes so often. And when it does manage to load into the server, I get extremely intense amounts of stutters where I can't even spawn in at all and it will kick me out of the lobby.

Kicks you out of the lobby with what error?

Miss Sonikko pc specs? How long does it take to load a map in private match? Do you also get stutters there? As you can see in the console the server switched maps to nuketown while you were still loading the previous map yemen so that is why you got kicked.
