BO2 wont open...

It gives me this in the boot,
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x006226FBIt zooms in my whole monitor, dont know if that is normal. Either way I load up the game and see a black screen with a large cursor, and the boot window keeps getting that exception code.
