Help with the file .dll.

What can I do? When I start COD:BO2 Plutonium it tells me that it cannot find the file "D3DCOMPILER_43.dll." I know it can be fixed by reinstalling the program but it didn't work.

Install the redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder.
