I tried to launch the game, but as soon as I pressed it, an error saying I was missing a file named "XINPUT1_4.dll". I'm not very computer savvy at all so it's very possible there was an obvious instruction I needed to follow, and I didn't. But if that's wrong and this is a legit issue ( probably not since I haven't seen anybody else with the same problem ), please help me. Thank you.

You're probably on win7, it isn't supported. Upgrade to win10.

Seriously, is there any other solution? I dont want to downgrade to WIndows 10 (the suckiest os in the world) just for plutionum. is there an older version of plutionum that works with win7 or something like that?

OmegaAOL no and there won't be. If you don't like all the ad- and bloatware windows 10 comes with i recommend you do some research on windows 10 ltsc, i use it and it's quite nice, would never go back to win7.

Anyways this has been answered multiple times in this post now so i'm locking it.
