I CAN'T CONNECT MY CONTROLLER TO MW3

I could connect my ps4 controller to play black ops 2 adding the game launcher on Steam,
but with MW3 I can't do it because I can't run the game on steam, since I only can open MW3 with plutonium launcher.
I already tried to put the plutonium launcher to the steam apps but I can't connect the controll to the game the same way.
someone could help me? -
We don't have native controller support (yet) - for now you'll have to use Steam to do it, there's guides on this forum.
