Hey everyone, I haven't opened Plutonium in a few months, and after the most recent update BO2 will no longer launch. It used to work fine prior, I'm not sure if a Windows Update, an Nvidia Driver Update, or a Plutonium update is to blame. After selecting play, the bootstrapper launches, loads files, then gets stuck on "Loading fastfile en_seasonpass_load_mp". On the task bar, two windows are shown, one for the bootstrapper, and then one labeled Black Ops 2, but with a black screen. When selected, it won't open the window. Closing this window also terminates the bootstrapper. Looked around online for an hour or so and couldn't find any other post with the same exact issue.

    System Specs:
    Ryzen 5 3600
    Asus TUF GTX 1650 Super
    16Gb 3200Mhz CL16 RAM
    Asrock B450M PRO4
    Silicon Power 512gb NVME SSD
    Windows 10 Enterprise

No antivirus of any kind is installed on my system. Windows Defender doesn't seem to block anything or be the issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft C++ 2010, that did not work. I looked through Nvidia Control panel for issues there, but didn't find any. My next plan is to rollback Nvidia drivers to 6 months ago or so, but I'd rather not do that as it would mess with some of the newer games I want to play. Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure if it's related, but when I close the bootstrapper the taskbar glitches out. It "vibrates" left and right for 5 seconds, then corrects itself. I've encountered it once before when force closing another program.

Try to switch to windowed mode by entering r_fullscreen 0 followed by vid_restart into the bootstrapper console.
