WAW Zombies keeps closing

Hello! i cant play waw zombies a the moment because everytime i try to enter any server my game and the launcher close in the loading screen without any error popup showing, i need some help to solve this issue

I have the same issue in multiplayer.

It happens to me that when the waw is loading (I mean the cmd) it closes
and it does not load more
